This is a digital font product. No physical item will be shipped.

This purchase includes a non-exclusive desktop license for one user. The licensed user may install the purchased fonts on computers they personally use.

You may use the fonts to create personal and commercial work, including logos, branding, packaging, printed materials, social media graphics and finished artwork for clients.

Font files must not be shared, resold, redistributed or made available for download. Clients and collaborators who need to install or use the fonts must obtain their own license.

Website font embedding, app and game embedding, server use and use by additional users require a separate license. Static images created with the fonts may be displayed online.

The fonts remain the intellectual property of Maximiliano Aduki. Your purchase grants permission to use them under the license; it does not transfer ownership.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to download your font package.

Your ZIP package contains the purchased font styles and the accompanying license. Extract the ZIP before installing the .otf files.

On macOS, open each font file and choose Install Font. On Windows, right-click the font file and select Install. You may need to restart your design application before the fonts appear.

The initial download link is valid for 30 days. This expiry applies to the download link, not to your font license. Keep a backup of your package and proof of purchase.

If you experience a failed download, a damaged file or a product that does not match its description, contact hi@maximilianoaduki.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will help resolve the problem and provide the remedies required by applicable law.

For EU consumers, the right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase is lost once supply begins only where the required prior express consent, acknowledgment and contract confirmation have been provided.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is defective or does not conform to the contract.

Your purchase includes free future updates to the font styles you have purchased, whenever those updates are released.

We will notify you at the email address associated with your order and provide a download link to the updated files at no additional charge. Please keep your purchase email address current or contact us with your order number if it changes.

Updates may include corrections, refinements and improvements. They remain covered by your original license and do not increase the number of licensed users or expand the permitted uses. This benefit applies to updates of the purchased styles. Separately sold new typefaces or additional styles are not included unless expressly stated.

No fixed release schedule or specific future features are promised. This does not limit any statutory rights or update obligations under applicable law.
